Lontano- Depending on You Album Launch

Lontano (Italian for ‘far away’) is a songwriting project featuring Anthony Dettori and Roz Pappalardo, who live 1000 miles apart but share Italian heritage and a passion for spacious, earthy, alt-country storytelling.

Given the distance between their hometowns, Lontano treasure every opportunity to perform together. This rare full-band show celebrating the launch of their second album, ‘Depending on You’, will be a very special occasion.

The new record (out 13 March 2024) features the band’s 2023 singles ‘Depending on You’, ‘Ten Fingers’, and ‘Somewhere Highway’, and their new track ‘Déjà vu’. The new work continues the band’s storytelling around the physics of human connection, building on their debut’s ‘distance’ theme to explore how ‘time’ impacts on our emotional landscape.

Performing alongside Dettori and Pappalardo will be long-time collaborators Jason Millhouse (guitar), Derek Haas (bass) and Scott Lapthorne (drums, percussion). Please join us.
