This line-up of the Kent St Cookers features some young musicians who are very excited and intrigued by the music of the Bebop and Hard-Bop era. Their improvising thrives off the communication between both themselves and the audience, whilst exploring new sounds as well as staying close to tradition. Just some of their influences include: Art Blakey And The Jazz Messengers, Louis Smith, Cannonball Addereley, along with so much of the amazing talent we’re very lucky to have in our very own city
