Amplified to a five-piece band, The Lady Beetles & The Get Back Band include drums, bass, rhythm and lead guitars, and keyboard to create a full dynamic sound. Supported by an experienced and skilled band, Lady Beetles; Ellie Jane and Gillian Grace continue to bring their own unique style, powerful vocals, beautiful harmonies, and arrangements to the legendary songs of The Beatles that fans know and love.

Gillian Grace is an accomplished performer with over 20 years’ music industry experience in diverse musical styles including soul, rock, blues, classical, jazz, music theatre, and popular music. Gillian Grace currently sings lead vocals in Brisbane-based bands Soultown & Get Funk’d and is a Soprano in the QPAC Chamber Choir. She also sings backing vocals for the acclaimed Soul Men Blues Brothers Show, performing at venues across Queensland including the Mitchell Creek Rock ’n’ Blues Fest. Gillian’s vocal performance has been described as “powerful,” “agile,” and “stunning,” with “a commanding stage presence.”

Ellie-Jane is a Brisbane-based singer-songwriter who has performed at various venues around Brisbane and beyond. She has performed at Mitchell Creek Festival and received national and international airplay for her original music. Ellie has released an EP and two albums. Her live performances have been described as emotive, sassy, and intense.

Introducing Travis Earsman on lead guitar. Hailing from a musical family, Travis has performed as a soloist and with many bands over the years including Bloomtrip, Brown River City Blues Band, and Colluder. He is currently the guitarist for the acclaimed Soul Men Blues Brothers Show, performing at venues across Queensland including the Mitchell Creek Rock ’n’ Blues Fest and The Ekka. The Beatles are the band that inspired him to pick up a guitar at a very young age and being a part of The Lady Beetles & The Get Back Band is certainly a dream come true for Travis.

Introducing Steve Norris on Bass. Steve has played bass in many Brisbane bands over the last thirty years in groups such as LunarJuice, Tales of Strangers, and Good Vibrations. He has also toured the South Pacific on P&O Cruise Lines playing bass with Sonic Empire. As a lifelong Beatles fan, Steve is thrilled to be part of The Get Back band.

Introducing David (Daf) Kent on Drums. Daf has been a part of the Brisbane covers scene for the last 15 years and has played bass with Chester. His true passion is the drums and he currently plays with Brisbane bands Tales of Strangers and The Good Vibrations. Given Daf is a life-long Beatles fan, he is very excited to have the opportunity to play in The Get Back Band with The Lady Beetles.
