Peter Cupples “Living History”

“Living History” is a journey through Peter’s musical life, five decades in the making.

Peter Cupples has long been regarded as one of Australia’s finest singer/songwriters. His voice has consistently been recognized in the top echelon of Australia’s finest singers. However, it’s his songwriting and storytelling that are captivating audiences lately. The pictures he paints are etched in the minds of his audience, leaving them emotionally moved and touched with sadness, hope, positivity, laughter, and elation.

Peter has worked with some of the world’s greatest artists, including Frank Sinatra, The Doobie Brothers, George Benson, and John Denver, to name a few.

Joining Peter on this unique night will be Steve Frances on percussion and drums, along with the very talented Rachel Head on piano/keys and vocals.

This will be a very unique, one-night-only show at the iconic Doo-Bop Basement on Friday, the 20th of September. Join us for a night that will deliver much more than a singer singing songs—this will be an experience.

Please note, doors to the Basement open at 6:00pm, and the show starts at 7:00pm.

Get in early on the night to secure your spot, as it it first in best dressed for limited seating- we do not take bookings for ticketed events.

Our kitchen is also open, so stop in for a pre-show dinner.
